Cancellation & Refund Policy
BRAHMANARA UPAHAARA believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and follows a liberal cancellation policy. The details are outlined below:
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 9–15 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
- Cancellation is not applicable for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc.
- However, in cases where the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not acceptable, a refund or replacement may be processed.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team.
- The issue will be investigated by the merchant, and only then will the request be entertained.
- Such cases must be reported within 9–15 days of receiving the product.
Product Not as Expected
If you feel that the product you received does not match the description or your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 9–15 days of receipt. The team will review the complaint and take appropriate action.
Manufacturer Warranty
For items that carry a manufacturer warranty, any issues should be directed to the manufacturer directly as per their policies.
Refunds
- Refunds, once approved by BRAHMANARA UPAHAARA, will be processed within 9–15 days.
- The refund will be made to the original mode of payment or as otherwise communicated by our team.
